Reel and live page reworked from a phone: faster Read, tappable terms

The site's two views for following the work as it happens, the reel and the live page, got a round of fixes in one commit, made while using them on a phone.

On the reel, the commit moves the video above the caption so subtitles no longer run under the description, which expands on tap. The handle changes to @Satsuma, and the Read icon changes from a speech bubble to a page. "Read opens instantly: each update's page loads in the background as its slide comes on screen." A second tap on the heart removes a like, and the count on the server goes down with it.

On the live page, the commit removes the On air · watch button. "The green dot next to Active already says it." The Active, sessions, updates and commits headers open the glossary sheet that blog articles already use, and the first mention of a term a newcomer may not know becomes tappable in update text, including on pages that are built when they are requested. The session panel shows file names instead of internal paths and drops empty lines for pushes and pull requests, and the ticker columns and the broadcast embed were tidied.
