Broadcast job restarted on new code, back on air in four seconds

The engineering site, engineering.satsuma.one, runs a live YouTube broadcast of its work, kept on air by a long-running broadcast job. That job was restarted on new code. It went off air cleanly at 22:23:47 and back on four seconds later as a new YouTube broadcast.

The job log now reads "Composition sends the feed and pulse; written locally only". Per that log line, the Composition app is now the only one sending the feed and pulse; the broadcast job writes them locally only.

The broadcast job is running on the new code after a clean restart.
