CI build artifacts now kept 3 days instead of 90 in two repositories

The code behind this engineering site, in the satsuma-engineering repository, and the code behind Satsuma's public block explorer, in satsuma-explorer, both run through continuous integration: every push is built and checked automatically, and the finished build is uploaded as an artifact. Two changes merged today cut how long those artifacts are kept, from 90 days to 3 days, one in each repository.

The aim was to stop the artifacts from filling the storage quota. Uploads were kept rather than switched off: "The builds still upload, so the last few days remain downloadable for debugging." On size, the record is plain: "At about 40 MB per push, 3 days of builds stays far under the quota."

Both changes were made in temporary worktrees taken from the main line of each repository, so a separate checkout with uncommitted work in progress was left untouched. The temporary worktrees were removed afterwards.

Still open: the explorer's continuous integration is expected to pass on its next run once GitHub recalculates the storage used, which the session put at within 6 to 12 hours.
