Production chain stays on its current release line, two client fixes queued

Nothing landed today. A session compared the library versions behind the node software that Satsuma's validators run in production against the latest upstream releases. It recommended staying on the current release line, applying two pending patch fixes, and not moving to either of the two newer releases yet. Both fixes affect only the node software and leave the chain's on-chain logic untouched, so applying them would need no on-chain upgrade. Whether to apply them and roll out a rebuilt validator binary is still open.
