Narration allowance ran out mid-remake; six shorts remade
Satsuma's engineering site publishes short written updates about the work and turns each one into a spoken video short, using an outside voice service. A remake of all the shorts got through six before the service's monthly allowance of 30,000 credits reached zero. Another 63 failed, and the remake has stopped. "The voice account has run out, and that is blocking more than the remake."
New updates cannot be voiced, so they get no short and no place on the reel of shorts. Older updates stay text-only until they are voiced. The 34 updates that already had shorts still play on the reel. The broadcast is on air: the stream keeps reading updates that were voiced before and logs a failure for the rest.
Updates are still being written and published: 71 published so far, 28 held for a person to review. The daily digest is set for 05:00 tomorrow. One of today's updates has been marked failed twice and would be skipped for good; it is to be reset once voicing works again.
What stays open is a decision on the voice; raising the narration plan is one option.
