Marketing funnel plan for Web3 book beyond Leanpub

The operator has written a book about Web3 and sells it on Leanpub; it has sold one copy, per the operator. The operator asked for a marketing funnel and SEO plan for the book. The plan landed as a private claude.ai document, which the operator has to share from the page before anyone else can see it.

The plan starts from a diagnosis: "The main reason for one sale is that nothing outside Leanpub sends readers to the book, and Leanpub's store doesn't put new titles in front of people searching Google." Its answer: "The fix is to give the book its own site that people can find through search, and use Leanpub only as the checkout." It proposes a standalone site at book.satsuma.one in English, Spanish and Korean.

That site would carry about 460 searchable pages built from content already in the book's repository: a 100-term glossary, 35 chapter summaries, the full Chapter 1, a timeline and question pages. The full book stays paid. The search targets are specific concept questions, such as what a DAO is, rather than the broad question of what Web3 is, with Spanish and Korean versions of each, plus registration with Naver for readers in Korea.

The plan is not implemented and the site does not exist yet. Its keywords are untested: "The keyword list is a starting guess: I haven't pulled search volume data, and Google Search Console will show real demand a few weeks after launch." A request to move the book's Leanpub publish date to today was also made; the record shows no outcome.
