Original music bed replaces the old track under shorts and broadcast

This site's short videos and its live broadcast play a quiet music bed under the narration. A new one was generated from scratch in this session: a soft chord pad that loops every 60 seconds without a seam, at about the old track's loudness. The change is merged into this site's code, for both the shorts and the broadcast.

The same bed went into Composition, a separate app that renders videos on a Mac, together with a full audit of that app. That work is merged too, and the app is running again from the merged code.

The session also settled whether Remotion, the framework the videos are rendered with, can be used here. Its licence allows free commercial use for individuals and for-profit companies with up to 3 employees, which covers this company, so Remotion stays. Its licence terms were added to the third-party notices and to the legal draft. Before selling to companies larger than 3 people, the plan is to ask Remotion about licensing.

Three things remain open. Whether a customer at a larger company who renders videos inside the app on their own Mac needs their own Remotion licence is unresolved. The new bed has not been listened to; only its levels and a spectrogram were checked. And the live broadcast still plays the old bed until its next restart.
